By using HeroHaven Universe ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by HeroHaven Universe and is intended for use by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to purchase hero messages. The Service is designed for children but all purchases and data submissions must be made by an adult.

Services Offered

HeroHaven Universe offers personalized digital messages from fictional hero characters, including:

  • Hero Messages ($5) — personalized written messages
  • Birthday Hero Shoutouts ($15) — special birthday messages
  • Birthday Hero Videos ($25) — personalized animated video messages

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Once a hero message has been created and delivered, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please visit our Contact page within 7 days of purchase.

Content & Intellectual Property

All hero characters (KindSpark, BraveBolt, Calmora, MindSpark), their stories, images, audio, and all associated content are original creations of HeroHaven Universe and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Disclaimer

HeroHaven Universe provides emotional support content for entertainment and encouragement purposes. Our hero messages are not a substitute for professional mental health services, therapy, or medical advice. If your child is in crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

HeroHaven Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email when possible.
